THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE Nos.1814 AND 1864 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) These Contempt Cases are filed alleging violation of the directions issued in the order, dated 19.03.2013, passed in W.P.MP.Nos.9895 and 9951 of 2013 in W.P.Nos.7888 and 7936 of 2013, respectively, by which, this Court, while suspending the order of the Tribunal to the extent of awarding back-wages, held that the unofficial respondents are entitled to salary in the minimum time scale of pay along with Dearness Allowance.

When the matters are called, it is brought to our notice that during pendency of these cases, the main Writ Petitions are disposed of by modifying the directions issued by the Tribunal.

In view of the final orders passed in W.P.Nos.7888 and 7936 of 2013, we are of the view that these are not fit cases to proceed further under the Contempt of Courts Act.

Accordingly, the Contempt Cases are closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Contempt Cases shall stand closed. No costs.
