JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No.32177 OF 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri R.Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 15.11.2017 to the Registry stating that he was instructed to withdraw the writ petition as the respondent bank has accepted his client's proposal for a one time settlement. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 23.09.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
