THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.115 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking to transfer DVC No.2 of 2014 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani, Karimnagar District to the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Repalle, Guntur District.

Though the matter pertains to 2014, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. However, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for their appearance. The petitioners are directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
