HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36400 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not mutating the names of the petitioners in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.0.49 cents, 2.92 cents, Ac.3.00 cents, 3.60 cents, Ac.3-20 cents and 2.98 cents respectively, comprised in Survey Nos. 854-1 to 4, 855-1, 855-3 and 4 of Chinthalapalem, Peda Alavala Padu village, Pedacherlopalle Mandal, Prakasam district, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India; and consequently direct respondents to update the entries of the petitioners in Mee Bhoomi website in respect of the above said lands.
3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioners seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners are required to make a suitable application in Form-6A through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.
5) Giving liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh application as per Form-6A, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioners, the authorities shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three
(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 08.10.2018 DMG
