It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the orders passed by this Court have been complied with. It is further submitted by learned counsel that salary of six (6) months has not been paid by the respondents. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy open for her as per law and respondents stand discharged.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs.
