The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, order of the High Court dated: 30-9-2015 made herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.Venumadhav, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, (TG), for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"Post after four weeks.

In the meanwhile, Respondent-Police are directed not to arrest the petitioner.

The petitioner is also directed to appear before the concerned Police and Cooperate with the investigation officer to secure the girl, if at all the girl is not secured."
