.....Respondent Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused by directing the SHO, PS., Korutla, Karimnagar district or any other arresting officer to enlarge him on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the Crime No. 126 of 2015, of SHO PS., Korutla, Karimnagar District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, order of the High Court dated: 30-9-2015 made herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.Venumadhav, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, (TG), for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"Post after four weeks.

In the meanwhile, Respondent-Police are directed not to arrest the petitioner.

The petitioner is also directed to appear before the concerned Police and Cooperate with the investigation officer to secure the girl, if at all the girl is not secured."
