This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.509 of 2014 on the file of Medipally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

In spite of the matter being adjourned for several times, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
