O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the applications of the petitioners', latest being 18.6.2016, for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries to the subject lands, the present writ petition has been filed. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this court in similar facts and circumstances in W.P.No.25781 of 2016 dated 18.8.2016 disposed of the writ petition directing the District Collector to take a decision for causing joint survey in the presence of the petitioner therein and the forest officials and fix boundaries. He submitted that similar order may be passed in the present writ petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forest submitted that the petitioners have not filed proper applications through on line by paying the requisite fee and if the petitioners file such applications, the same may be directed to be dispose of in terms of the order dated 18.8.2016 in W.P.No.25781 of 2016.

This court disposed of W.P.No.25781 of 2016 dated 18.8.2016 with the following direction:

"In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner for conducting joint survey in the presence of the forest officials and also the petitioner for fixing the boundaries of the forest land, after issuing notice to respondents 5 and 6. Till such time, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by both the parties."

Having regard to the above facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, giving liberty to the petitioners to file necessary applications through online as per the rules in vogue by paying the requisite fee and thereupon, the 3rd respondent - District collector, Karimnagar District, Karimnagar shall dispose of the same in terms of the directions of this court in W.P.No.25781/2016 dated 18.8.2016. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. AVS ------------------------------------- 27-09-2016
