HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7977 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.220 of 2014 of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Parkal, Warangal District, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 188 and 427 IPC and Section 4 of The Andhra Pradesh Prevention of Disfigurement of Open Places and Prohibition of Obscene and Objectionable and Advertisements Act, 1997.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 07.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Shayampet P.S, Warangal District and submitted that this case was ended in acquittal on 04.09.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
