THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.4743 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to pass an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not giving the petitioner an opportunity to explain with regard to his non achievement of target as per the orders dt.31.12.2015 in W.P.No.27468 of 2015 and batch of this Honble Court and in not permitting the petitioner to discharge his duties as Field Assistant of Vollampatla Gram Panchayat, T.
Narsapuram Mandal, West Godavari District as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to direction of this Hon'ble Court in the above said batch of writ petitions and consequently direct the respondents to give an opportunity to the petitioner to explain about his non achievement of target for the Committee constituted by the 4th respondent pursuant to directions of this Hon'ble Court and permit him to discharge his duties as Field Assistant of Vollampatla Gram Panchayat, T.Narsapuram Mandal, West Godavari District by paying his salary from June, 2015 onwards and pass such other and further orders which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
2. When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.27468 of 2015 and batch, dated 31.12.2015 and copy of the same is also placed on record.
3. Following the above said judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms of the above said order.
