CVNR, J & MSKJ, J CC 1549/2016 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.11.3.2016 in W.P. No.7978 of 2016.

On 23.9.2016 the case was adjourned to enable the learned Government Pleader for Services (AP) to get instructions from the respondent. Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court referred to above, the respondent has issued proceedings in Rc. No.A5/7901/2008, dt.28.09.2016. He has placed before us the said order from a perusal of which we are satisfied that the order in W.P. No.7978 of 2016 stood complied with.

Hence, the contempt case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedy if he is not satisfied with the aforementioned order.
