The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the Form X claim application dated 17.06.2016 submitted by the petitioner for regularization of Sada Bainama dated 04.07.1986 as per Section 5-A of ROR Act and in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 153, Revenue (Assignment-1) Department, dated 03.06.2016, as illegal, improper and incorrect.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has filed Form X claim application on 17.06.2016 for regularization of Sada Bainama dated 04.07.1986, the same has not been considered by the 4th respondent till date.

Having regard to the fact that the Form X claim application filed by the petitioner on 17.06.2016 for regularization of Sada Bainama dated 04.07.1986 is pending consideration, the 4th respondent shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from today.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
