This writ petition is filed questioning the seizure orders dated 17.03.2015

passed by the Tahsildar, Kothacheruvu, Anantapur District, under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Water Land and Tress Act, 2002. An appeal would lie against this order under Section 33 of the said Act. This Court sees no reason to circumvent the statutory remedy provided to the petitioners and allow them to approach this Court directly. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to avail the appellate remedy in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed.
