In view of the Letter dated 09.02.2016 submitted by Sri N. Mohan Krishna, learned counsel for appellants to the Registrar(Judicial) stating that the appellants/Insurance Company intend to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A(SR) is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this case, shall stand closed.
