CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.6719 of 2013 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "..... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Certiorari by calling for the records relating to and in connection with the order dated 31.08.2012 passed in F.A.No.310 of 2011 on the file of the Hon'ble A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, whereby the order dated 25.01.2011 in C.C.No.47 of 2010 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal ForumI, Krishna at Machilipatnam and quash the same and pass such other order or orders ....."

At the hearing, Sri Surya Kiran, counsel representing Sri P. Roy Reddy, submits that the latter is no longer a Standing Counsel for the petitioner and that he is not appearing in the case. As the petitioner did not appear to have made alternative arrangement to represent the matter, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dated 07.03.2013 is vacated and WPMP.No.8425 of 2013 shall stand dismissed.
