C.R.P. No.3284 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition has been filed against the order dated 24.07.2015 passed in I.A. No.276 of 2015 in ATC. No.4 of 2007 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District. I.A. No.276 of 2015 in ATC. No.4 of 2007 was filed seeking to condone the delay by granting leave to the petitioner therein, who is the 1st respondent herein, to file the enclosed documents and for costs of the petition. After considering the said application, the Court below allowed the said I.A., directing to receive the documents subject to proof and relevancy. Assailing the same, the revision petitioner filed the present revision petition. Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the main ATC itself was dismissed. Therefore, no further orders, in this revision petition, are required to be passed as the subject matter of this revision petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, this revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
