THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.32906 of 2015 ORDER:

Petitioner seeks grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds, for which, she made an application by paying requisite fee through E-Seva on 24.02.2015. Complaining that no orders are passed on the said application by the second respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the fact that such applications are required to be disposed of within a period of 45 days, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, preferably, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
