This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders passed by this Court in WP No.31264 of 2015, dated 13.10.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by both the counsel that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the order of this Court, dated 13.10.2015, passed in WP No.31264 of 2015, was complied with.

3. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, in the circumstances, no costs.
