HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO S.A.No.836 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

The appellant vis-à-vis the G.P.A. holder of the respondents are present with affidavit of the G.P.A. in subsistence along with copy of G.P.A. filed, and when the terms of the compromise read over, they admitted as entered into compromise voluntarily and the same is recorded. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise memo by dismissing the decree and judgment of the respective two Courts below. The compromise memo is to be appended as part of the compromise decree. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
