The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not taking the action against the accused Narra Kondal Rao and forcing and threatening the petitioner to withdraw the case filed against Narra Kondal Rao as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to provide protection the petitioner family...." In view of the stand taken by 3rd respondent in Paragraph No.6 of the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
