1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the 2nd respondent herein i.e., Deputy Commissioner of Proh. and Excise, Khammam to give directions to the Station House Officer, Nelkondapally Police Station, Khammam District to forthwith release the TATA Auto bearing Reg.No.AP-20-TB-1738 seized in Cr.No.5/2014 in terms of the release orders issued by the learned Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (For Proh. & Excise Cases) Khammam vide Official Memo dt.07.04.2014.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
