HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.36300 of 2018 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioners is that they filed suit in O.S.No.28 of 2015 before the 1st respondent for grant of injunction, when respondents 3 to 7 tried to interfere with their possession over the land admeasuring Ac.1-02 guntas in Sy.No.264/1/5vu and Ac.0-20 guntas in Sy.No.264/1/119/AA/1 belongs to the 1st petitioner and Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.264/1/163/AA belongs to the 2nd petitioner situated at Karukonda village, Kothagudem Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District and the said suit was dismissed. Against the same, the petitioners filed appeal before the 2nd respondent in A.S.No.2 of 2017 along with I.A.No.82 of 2017 for injunction. But the same is not being taken-up. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that throughout pendency of suit, injunction was in favour of the petitioners.

Heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for official respondents.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of I.A.No.82 of 2017 filed by the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 08-10-2018.
