The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, declaring the order dated 25.08.2018 passed by the 4th respondent as illegal, improper and incorrect. 3.
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a revision petition, along with a stay application, before the Joint Collector on 24.09.2018, against the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent dated 25.08.2018, neither the revision nor the stay application is disposed of by the Joint Collector till date.

Having regard to the fact that the revision filed by the petitioner against the orders of the 4th respondent-the Revenue Divisional Officer, along with the stay application, is pending consideration, the Joint Collector shall dispose of the stay application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
