After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to approach Civil Court as the petitioner's claim is based on a Sale Deed dated 30.10.1978.

2. Permission to withdraw is accorded, with liberty as sought for. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
