... Respondents
This Court made the following:
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 16205 of 2015 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has been issued a pattadar
passbook and title deed in relation to the subject land, mutation is not being carried out in the revenue records by reflecting his name as pattadar and possessor. The petitioner states that he made a representation to the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on 04.02.2015 in this regard, but no action was taken there upon.
Perusal of the said representation reflects that it was received by the office of the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, as is evident from the stamp affixed thereon bearing the date 04.02.2015. In that view of the matter, it is not open to the authorities to sleep over the matter indefinitely. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2015, cause an enquiry in the matter if warranted and take appropriate action thereafter in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
