This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus declaring the orders of the third respondent in Letter No.148/ICDS/2016 dated 01.08.2016 directing the petitioner not to attend the duties as Anganwadi worker, Anganwadi Centre, Maruthinagar 2, Kadapa as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to attend the duties as Anganwadi worker.

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing the Writ Petition the third respondent issued proceedings on 16.09.2016 permitting the petitioner to join duty as Anganwadi worker of Maruthinagar 2, Kadapa by cancelling the earlier proceedings dated 01.08.2016. 3.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
