THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.5544 of 2012 ORDER :
The petitioners' grievance is that they have filed a petition on 23.12.2009 under Section 38 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act, 1950 before 1st respondent and they have also filed a Memo dt.24.02.2012 before him, but the 1st respondent is not taking any action.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will take action on the said petition within a period of two
(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the said petition has not been disposed of till date.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' application dt.23.12.2009 filed under Section 38 of the Act with regard to the subject land within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if he had not already disposed of the same. No order as to costs.
