The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the alleged action on the part of the respondents in proposing to erect electricity pillars in the private land of the petitioner without recourse to law. 2.

A counter affidavit deposed by the Executive Engineer, Construction Division, A.P. TRANSCO, Guntur District is filed, stating that one time compensation will be paid by the respondents for the tower area which includes the land diminution value for the petitioner's land and the one time land compensation is fixed at Rs.5 lakhs per tower by the District Collector, Guntur vide his proceedings bearing No.3496/2016-G1, dated 26.10.2016 and the same was approved by the A.P. TRANSCO vide Lr.No.APTRANSCO/CEConst/CPT320/F, RTSS-Nallapadu/D.No.202/16, dated 14.12.2016. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing the writ petition, the Assistant Engineer, TLC Sub-Division, A.P. TRANSCO, Guntur issued notice. The said notice states that the compensation as fixed by the revenue department will be paid. It is further stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that responding to the said notice, petitioner herein submitted his objections on 27.01.2017 and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the said objections will be considered and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the objections dated 27.01.2017 submitted by the petitioner herein to the notice issued by the Assistant Engineer, TLC Sub-Division, A.P. TRANSCO, Guntur, in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
