THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.29689 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.A2/ 6045/ 2016-1, dated 15.08.2016 issued by 2nd respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
