This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to permit to represent the petitioner by his G.P.A.Holder in M.C.No.4 of 2016 on the file of V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati raising several contentions.

During hearing, it is requested to pass an order to issue a direction to the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati to decide the application filed before it by G.P.A.Holder of the petitioner in M.C.No.4 of 2016.

In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati to receive the application, if any, filed by the petitioner seeking permission to appear through his G.P.A.Holder father of the petitioner and decide the application on the same day itself after issuing notice to the Pubic Prosecutor. With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
