This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings No.Rc.No.DT/263/2013-1, dated 15-02-2016 issued by the 4th respondent without issuing any notice under Form-II under Rule 3 of Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules, 2007 and without inviting objections from the petitioner and consequential action in insisting the petitioner to vacate from her house and site property admeasuring Ac.0-02cents in Sy.No.270 and 271, Plot No.5 bearing Door No.22/2/67 situated in Kandukuru Village, Kandukuru Mandal, Prakasam District as illegal and without jurisdiction.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that there is appeal provided against the impugned order. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed alternative remedy against the impugned order. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________
