HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36177 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not conducting survey, demarcation and fixing the boundary stones in respect of the land in Sy.No.72/ E admeasuring Ac.2.25 gts., situated at Naspur Mandal, Mancherial District, in spite of receipt of requisite amount of Rs.285/ - dated 30.01.2015 vide No.DER021500032993, as illegal and arbitrary. 2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he made an application on 30.01.2015, till date no survey was conducted.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) submits that if a fresh online/ F Line application is made, the authorities may be directed to deal with the said representation. 4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to make fresh F-line application enclosing all the necessary documents, in which event, the fourth respondent shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
