HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15325 OF 2016 ORDER:

The petitioners filed application in Form No.6 A for mutating their names in the revenue records in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.478/A, 483/E, 483/O, 484/AA, 484/EE, 485/LU, 487/AA, 491/AA, 492/A/2, 494/A, admeasuring Ac.24.27 guntas, situated at Manchirevula Village, Rajendernagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, before the revenue authorities. As no orders are passed, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions submits that in pursuance to the application made by the petitioner on 22.02.2016, notices were issued to the affected and interested parties on 05.03.2016 and necessary action would be taken on the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondents is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 22.02.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
