ORDER:

This writ petition filed for the following substantive relief: ".....to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to handover the vacant possession of the ground floor of premises bearing No.A40/B1, Road No.7, Ranga Reddy Nagar, IDA Gandhi Nagar, Hyderabad-37 belonging to the petitioner, to the petitioner and pay the rents at the rate of Rs.16,770/- per month for the period 08.06.2011 to till handing over the premises by declaring that the action of the respondents in not shifting the seized tools and machinery of the unit from the petitioner premises and continuing in unauthorized possession of the premises of the petitioner is highly unjust, arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India; and pass such other order or orders...." At the hearing, Mr.C.Ramachandra Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
