THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2261 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

It is seen that Charge sheet is already filed and the case is numbered as C.C.No. 23 of 2014. Having regard to the stage of the matter, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the petitioner/Accused has to face the trial. However, the petitioner/accused is at liberty to put-forth all his defences available to him under law before the trial Court, in which case, the trial Court shall consider the same and pass a judgment on merits.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 01-04-2015 eha
