HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36271 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 9 in interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner's property admeasuring Ac.6.04 gts situated at Sy.Nos.576,578 and 579 of Alwal Mandal, Malkajgiri, Medchal District, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on written instructions, would submit that the 4th respondent is not interfering with the property of the petitioner and only on assumptions, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. However, the respondents shall not interfere with the subject property of the petitioner, except following due process of law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
