HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CONTEMPT CASE No.979 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Though a prima facie case is made out that the respondents have acted contrary to the directions issued, but none the less, the learned Government Pleader for Services-I for the State of Telangana has rightly brought to our notice an order bearing C.No.3468/A1/Estt214/2015 in DO.No.5951/2015 dated 17.08.2015, cancelling the promotions of the sixteen candidates ordered earlier and they all were reverted to their substantive posts of Police Constable (Civil) with immediate effect. In that view of the matter, we consider that it is not an appropriate case to proceed further and accordingly, the notice issued by this Court on 12th June, 2015 stands discharged. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of. No order as to costs.
