THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.5639 of 2002 and 5268 of 2009 COMMON ORDER Since the issue raised in both these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order. 2.

In these two writ petitions, the petitioners are seeking appointment for the post of Founder Family Member Trustee of Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Gandhi Nagar, Kakinada. 3.

It is represented that during pendency of the writ petitions, the petitioners expired. Therefore, question of considering their case for appointment of Founder Family Member Trustee would not arise. However, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the legal representatives of petitioners are intending to pursue the remedies available under law by applying for the said post. 4.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners, liberty is given to the legal representatives of the petitioners to apply for the post of Founder Family Member Trustee of Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Kakinada, and on filing such application, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5.

With the above direction, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
