HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11570 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.610 of 2014 on the file of Dundigal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of IPC r/w Section 3 (ii)(v) of SCs & STs (POA) Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that at the instigation of the petitioner and with the active involvement of the petitioner, A2, who was earlier involved in a case of murder, had mixed cyanide powder in alcohol and provided the same to the deceased. The petitioner was arrested on 24.9.2014. A2 is yet to be arrested in this case. In view of the serious allegations made against the petitioner this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
