Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the cases of the Petitioners for Re-Schedulement of

the crop loan for the year 2010-2011 through respondents 3 & 4 - Bank as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India and consequently, direct the respondents to Re-schedule the crop loan of the petitioners who effected their crop in cyclone in the month of November and December, 2010, for the period 2010-11 while releasing the present crop loan to the petitioners."

At the hearing, Mr.R.Surendranath, learned Counsel representing Mr.PRK.Amarendra Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
