HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36272 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not passing any orders on the petitioners' representation, which was enquired into by the Mandal Revenue Inspector on 26.02.2018, for incorporating the names of the petitioners in the revenue web portal in the pattadar column and possessor column, as illegal, improper and incorrect.

3) In substance, the grievance of the petitioners appears to be that the Tahsildar has sent a report to the Revenue Divisional Inspector on 23.03.2018, basing on the representations made by the petitioners, but, till date, no action has been taken by the Revenue Divisional Inspector.

4) The Government Pleader for Revenue, on written instructions, would submit that the petitioners and (38) others have represented before the Tahsildar, stating that they have DKT pattas for the lands in Akkemgundla village and requested for incorporation of their names in the webland. On their representation, the matter was enquired into, and thereafter, the

Tahsildar submitted a detailed report to the Mandal Revenue Inspector, in Ref.No. B/ 93/ 2018, dated 23.03.2018. 5) Various reasons are mentioned in the written instructions, as to why the request of the petitioners cannot be accepted. That being so, the Revenue Divisional Officer, before whom the representation was made by the petitioners, shall deal with the same, basing on the report submitted by the Tahsildar, dated 23.03.2018, shall pass orders in accordance with law, and communicate the same to the petitioners, so as to enable them to take steps as per law.

6) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
