HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17261 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to pass orders particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents on the FIR.No.122/2014 dated 06.06.2014 and the complaint of the deceased dated 03.06.2014 as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory and violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to prosecute the accused for to heinous offence."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the registration of Crime No.122 of 2014, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.409 of 2017. On a full-fledged trial, the matter ended in acquittal on 05.11.2018.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
