.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate Writ or any other order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in issuing petitioner retirement notice in Rc.No. 342/Accounts/2012-2013 dated 18-05-2016 is contrary to the provisions of Act, 4 dated 27th June, 20114, illegal, arbitrary and ultra vires the Constitution of India consequently direct the Respondents to continue the petitioner upto 60 years of age in the interest of justice. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of M. SHALINI Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Social Welfare for Respondent No.1 and of Sri P. Subhash, Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 to 4, the Court made the following. ORDER:

In view of the orders of the Division Bench passed in WP No.19162 of 2016 and batch, there shall be an interim direction to continue the petitioner, if he is in service as of today, up to 20-07-2016.

Post this writ petition along with WP No.19162 of 2016 and batch.
