HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18487 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioners for interview and test for the post SAFAI KARAMCHARI/WATER BOY in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in 1996 (6) Scale 676 along with the Employment exchange sponsored candidates with all consequential benefits, as illegal and arbitrary. Counter affidavit is filed by the respondent No.1 stating that in pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court on 21.06.2012 interviews for all the candidates including the petitioners were conducted between 26.08.2012 to 31.08.2013 and 10.09.2013 and 11.09.2013 and advertisement was also issued in the District Editions of Karimnagar of EEnadu and Deccan Chronicle newspapers dated 19.06.2013.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of interms of the interim order dated 21.06.2013. However, it is open for the respondents to declare the results, since in the counter affidavit it is stated that the results are yet to be announced. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
