The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "...the Hon'ble Court may be to issue any Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction by declaring the in action of the respondents in not taking action against the 4th respondent for seizing the vehicles bearing No. AP 36 TA 1208 and AP 36 Y 6068 belongs to the petitioner pursuant to the complaint dated 16-07-2013 as such the same may be declared as arbitrary, illegal, void abinitio, consequently direct the respondents to take action against the 4th respondent who is trying to seize the vehicles bearing No AP 36 TA 1208 and AP 36 Y 6068 in the interest of justice and equity and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner institution has paid the entire amount after settlement. Therefore, the question of seizing the subject vehicles does not arise. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed.
