HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18723 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.4-00 gts in S.No.54/68 situated in Yelgoi Village, Jharasangam Mandal, Medak District which was assigned in favour of her father about 40 years back and after his death she succeed to the said property. Subsequently, the petitioner's name was entered in the revenue records and pattadar passbooks were also issued. While so, the respondent authorities without following due process of law are trying to evict the petitioner from the subject land. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 16.06.2016 dv
