This writ petition is filed against show-cause notice dated 29-08-2016 issued by the 6th respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are challenging the impugned show-cause notice on the ground that the Joint Collector cannot issue show-cause notice in view of the interim order dated 26-05-2016 in WP.MP.No.20700 of 2016 in WP.No.16812 of 2016, as the same is in violation of interim order passed by this Court.

Normally this Court will not interfere with the issuance of show-cause notice, unless the same is without jurisdiction. Moreso, the show-cause notice is for cancellation of proceedings granting permission for conversion of agricultural lands into non-agricultural lands. In view of the same, it is for the petitioners to submit explanation to the said show-cause notice stating all the facts within a period of two (02) weeks from today and on receipt of explanation, it is open to the 6th respondent-Joint Collector to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 16-09-2016 nvl
