I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and of the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Vijayawada.

At the hearing, it is submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 21.07.2015, of this Court in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch. A copy of the order, dated 02.07.2018, of this Court in W.P.No.35086 of 2013 and batch is placed on record. The said order was passed by this Court following the order, dated 21.07.2015, passed in the afore-stated Writ Petition No.22056 of 2012 and batch.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike, as were mentioned in the order, dated 21.07.2015, in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the afore-stated order.

Office is directed to enclose a copy of the afore-stated order, dated 21.07.2015, in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
