This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/plaintiff assailing the order, dated 16.12.2013, of the learned XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.467 of 2013 in I.A.No.334 of 2013 in O.S.No.1590 of 2013.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The note of the Registry reveals that the suit itself was dismissed as not pressed on 12.02.2014.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
