This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 21.6.2016 passed in I.A.No.650 of 2016 in O.S. No.131 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Razole, East Godavari District.

No representation on behalf of both the parties. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.131 of 2014 on 08.10.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
